i do mostly mentalism tricks, i do some card tricks but its not my forte, my routine consists of free choice, mind reading tricks, hypnosis and "spirit" work (seance). i have the routine down, but i feel the finale is a bit lack lustre. i was thinking of leaving one of the hypnosis volunteers secretly hypnotised for the seance and using them for a "possession/exorcism" style ending.......am i barking mad? any suggestions?

You need to check out the work of Paul Voodini, who does exactly that. Buy The Paranormal Entertainer or The Jack The Ripper Seance from him (www.readerofminds.co.uk). I've seen him perform and it is powerful stuff.
